Day 73 June 30 My my the summer is slipping away. Today was busy. Had go lexington get contacts for alley. Did a little shopping there for back to school. Then rushed back home for Alley ball practice, me board meeting and Paige off to work. Today was OK. Feeling good. Only two treatments left to go. Then it will be off to breast cancer doctor for 5 years of pills and scans. We will see if all this keeps the cancer away. Such a strange disease. Normal cells suddenly go crazy, mutate form tumors and then your life changes in many ways. Even when u think it is gone. Boom one day it suddenly reappears. It does make one reflect on their life. I can honestly say I love my life, my family friends job and home. There is no place I would rather be. It would be eAsy to move and I would certainly make more money in a bigger city but at what cost? I love knowing my neighbors, knowing if I feel bad one phone or one Facebook post and many are there to offer help. You dont get that in a big city. The lighting bugs look great tonight and the tree frogs sound musical. What great gifts God bestows. Verse Matthew 7:11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!
