Day +8 (10/16/14): Today has been pretty miserable for McKay. He woke up last night with some pain, and was given some morphine for it. All throughout the day he would have occasional pain throughout his body, as well as some mucusitis in his throat, so hes been kept on the pain meds to keep him comfortable. Hes also been running a low grade fever as well. Hes been pretty groggy and resting most of the day.
