Scorpion handstand: Jump up into duck handstand.Then slowly bring your knees up, behind and apart from each other. Dont force anything. Just „hang there“ and let gravity do its work. If you fall back tuck your chin into your chest and land on your feet into wheel pose. The first time you may freak out a bit. But if you practice this again and again it will be better And again Keep your arms shoulder width apart. Place your hands ✋ claw-like. Bend your fingers and press your finger tips into the ground. Hold it there as long as you can. OR you just jump up and down and practice the tuck handstand. This version is a great training to build up strength holistically. When you jump up straighten your arms as best as you can. Engage you pelvic floor, keep your abdomen firm. Try to practice without Paul Wall OR practice both with and off the wall. ✨ You have done the given tasks so gracefully and brave. I read and watch all your posts.
