Day 83 Log...18 October 2014, I cant believe that tomorrow is the last day of the challenge. The time has gone so quickly. I was just reflecting on the last couple of months and I know I have said before but I am true ly GREATful for the love and support I have received during the challenge. Especially from my husband Wayne, he has encouraged me and helped with organising my protein powders /bars helping with my training although sometimes I was not all that thankful or GREATful especially in the gym , sorry. I do appreciate everything he has done for me. I love him with all my heart. My boys and mum who all have supported me in this challenge even if I was saying, Oh, I can have one biscuit or whatever they have all stopped me, reminded me why I am doing this. Thanks love you all. To my friends, in the gym, out of the gym and on FB thank you all for your encouraging words and support I would not have succeeded without it. I feel amazing , healthier, happier than I have in a long time. I love the way my body is feeling at the moment and I may not have reached my goal just yet but Im not far off and this challenge has given me the knowledge that I can do it. Finally to the team at Maxines Shape-Up Challenge, thank you for putting this challenge on and the support you have shown, the words of encouragement we have received. Its been hard but fun. Im looking forward to the Gala night and seeing everyone. THANKYOU ALL, final day tomorrow :(
