Day 84 July 11 Today busy day. Up at7:30am. Met kim at mt sterling 8:30 breakfast and then off to skin cancer doctor, not a bad report only one spot had to be biopsy will know results in a few days; so only one splice an dice there. 11am check in at Fallopian cancer doc, good report here blood pressure ok, cell count 17 -- doc thinks my new baseline 20 so as long as count under 20 good news Noon down to floor 2 for chemo hookup, by 1pm hooked up and fighting cancer. Nurse did good job starting iv but the needle is large and it hurts. The first bag of meds not bad, second bag stings as it goes into vein, but it is all bearable. And we only have one more to go! First bag done a 4:15; second bag hooked up this one quicker only 30 minutes Lady down the hall has a reaction to her meds. She is having breathing issues. Several nurses go to assist the doctor is called in. Her treatment is stopped, meds given, she is ok. They are discussing whether to resume her treatment or not, they restart but doc stays to monitor. Just a reminder that anytime the body may decide to fight the poison entering the system. By 5 pm all done line flushed and ready for Iv Removal. 5;30 and Kim and I are Logans bound. There is an accident so we change Logan locations and go a different way. When we get to Logans I have a wonderful strawberry frozen lemonade. It was delicious!,, Food was awesome and I even brought some home for Alley and Marty. I was thankful treatment went well, no reaction on my part and only one to go. Get home to find some little much ins in the pool. Kiki and Grayson and alley are soaking up the waves. Love watching them play. Blake and lara had a nice swim as well. I cant get due to biopsy but tomorrow I be good to go. I got a lovely shower cap to wear so I dont scare anyone with the baldness Waiting on paige to call. She flies home tomorrow lots of things going on. That means we are living and blessed. Marty having back issues tonight.
