Day 89 of my 100 days of happiness challenge. I’m taking the time to show my appreciation for the good things that made me happy today. Today’s thought for me to ponder: We should every night call ourselves to an account; What infirmity have I mastered today? What passions opposed? What temptation resisted? What virtue acquired? Our vices will abort of themselves if they be brought every day to the shrift. - Seneca ************************* I’m happy that today we accomplished basically what we had planned - again. Doing nothing but a few light chores and appreciating this Labor Day together. I’m happy that I had a lot of time to think about the good things happening in my life and how I am going to do my part to continue to make things better for the 2 of us. Actually, I’m looking forward to dealing with all of my family, friends and friends I have yet to meet. I’m happy and excited that I started to put things aside that I will be taking to Durham later this week to visit my daughter, Erin and her adorable family. Okay, I’m most excited about being with grandsons #1, 5 & 6. Yes, I have new UCF Football Jerseys for them. Have a Blessed night. Tomorrow is going to be a Glorious day. Im living my life like it is a Jimmy Buffett song.
