Day 9. Back to comparison studies. And Ill be damned but I think Im going to really have head position nailed soon. Patterns are emerging. A toe platform for head down position, plus a downward or flattening tilt in heel zone show up again and again. Also the flow of energy and pressure as the foot unrolls is becoming clearer and clearer. These series of photos are of three trails -neutral and medium walk, head down and slower walk (but not a slow walk) head down and fast walk. Feel free to guess lighting and photos are pretty good.
