Day 9: I was going to thank God for Billy Graham and all he has done to bring people to Christ, but instead I think I want to thank Him for Mrs. Lucille Remington and all her family. I will always remember all the New Years Day celebrations we had over the years! I will also remember all the times we played Cribbage and listened to Mr. Roland Remington shake his fake skunk bag. (Mr. Remington has been in Heaven for quite a while now.) Eating deer meat on New Years Day and hearing the stories of how the deer ended up as our meal (thanks to Mr. Remington). All the many times that Mrs. Remington helped with the families taxes and could always answer any tax question you asked. Working with her at the Big E and knowing that she would always have everything organized. I also want to thank their daughter, Jean Remington Tharin, for bringing Lucille to SC for my dads 90th birthday party last year. Thank you God for such a great friend for my Mom!
