Day 9 #healinghearts is Yoga Wall stretch. Start off with the arms up the wall to release the shoulders and chest, then pivot deeper through the entire spine. Dont push down into the lower back, instead use the wall to keep space albeit week the vertebrae. I am grateful today for my body because my body is the vehicle for yoga practice for all these years, regardless of what asana or how deep or not deep I might get, right now I thank my body for giving me the chance to practice--that gift is worth more than words can say.
