Day 9 of the 90 Day ab challenge A = Advanced; B = Beginner This set should be performed 3x as a circuit with no rest Set 1 Push up to Plank - 15 reps (A) : 7 reps (B) (to make tougher I did a push up each time before going into the push up and plank exercise) Leg Raise/Weight Pullover Combo - 15 reps (A) : 10 reps (B) (video shows a fit ball but if you dont have it just do a standard leg raise) Heel Touches - 30 reps each heel(A) : 20 reps each heel (B) Side Plank with Leg Raise - 10 reps (A) : 5 reps (B) Side Plank - 30min (A) : 15sec (B) All these exercises can be performed at home just need to find something to use for weight if you dont have weights at the house.
