Day 9 update on Chris: He has had another good day! His memory seems better today and he may be on his way out ICU tomorrow. He is starting to realize that it will take some time to heal. It is a blessing to see that there is not an abundance of problems that will need work on to overcome. The downside now is he is bored. It is going to be a challenge to keep him resting when he needs it. Chris is at a point that he could use visitors! He has said that he would like to see his friends. All I would ask is if he starts to get sleepy just let him rest as he can still become fatigued easily. The stimulation of a visit will be good also. His mother took him for a walk around the floor which made her feel better. So she will sleep good tonight.
