Day Eighteen Bless the Lord family, he is good. He is amazing. ISAIAH 58:8 (NLT) “Then your salvation will come like the dawn, and your wounds will quickly heal. Your godliness will lead you forward, and the glory of the Lord will protect you from behind. ISAIAH 58:9a (NLT) Then when you call, the Lord will answer. ‘Yes, I am here,’ he will quickly reply.’ 11 The Lord will guide you continually, giving you water when you are dry and restoring your strength. You will be like a well-watered garden, like an ever-flowing spring. 12 Some of you will rebuild the deserted ruins of your cities. Then you will be known as a rebuilder of walls and a restorer of homes. 13 “Keep the Sabbath day holy. Don’t pursue your own interests on that day, but enjoy the Sabbath and speak of it with delight as the Lord’s holy day. Honor the Sabbath in everything you do on that day, and don’t follow your own desires or talk idly. 14 Then the Lord will be your delight. I will give you great honor and satisfy you with the inheritance I promised to your ancestor Jacob. I, the Lord, have spoken!” Here family we see the rewards God gives us for serving Him and being faithful to Him and being obedient. We are going to look at 10 rewards: #1 – When we call upon Him – the Lord will answer us. #2- The Lord will take away from us all bondage. #3 – The Lord will increase our reputation. #4 – The Lord will guide us continually. #5 – The Lord will satisfy our souls – He will meet our emotional needs. Our need for love and value and purpose. The Lord will give us contentment. #6 – The Lord will give us renewed health and vitality. #7 – The Lord will restore what has been stolen and destroyed from our lives. #8 – The Lord will restore broken homes and help us build new lives. #9 - The Lord will raise up new generations. #10 - The Lord will lift us up into positions of leadership and honor. What incredible, awesome, mighty blessings for God’s people who have fasted and prayed. Are you ready for a breakthrough? Are you ready for God to move supernaturally in your life?
