Day One in Tillsonburg Canada.Was up early to take the dogs on some lovely long walks while Bill slept in.This is a lovely lake community and as we came in late last night we had a day to relax and watch them set up for the shows which start tomorrow.The shows are indoors in an ice arena, where ice hickey is played so we watched them bring out the ice and they have roof warm heaters.After they set up the rings and I knew where to set up grooming Bill washed four dogs and I groomed them for tomorrow.Dewy ,Louie ,Bethan and Merryn left most of their coat in the building.I didnt enter Catie and Tegan this weekend.Figured Bill and I could only manage two each.Very nice weather.I am cold sitting by the open window in the Motorhome .i walked so much this morning ,about six miles as it was so many nature paths,and am hoping my knee will not bother me.The dogs were wondering why squirrels were black and champagne color here.The Chairman of the show Diane Waters,was from England and Grandmother from Abergavenny in Wales ,and her grand daughter wanted to do Juniors for the Corgis Specialty in Limestone in two weeks so I gave her some lessons and she worked with 12 month old Catie.So many Ex British people here I am loving chatting with everyone about Good Old England.Everyone is so friendly. So tomorrow we will see who decides to show well for us.
