Day Thirteen of Family Fitness for Lent: I was hoping todays activity would involve lots of jumping for joy for the Holywood Boys at Sullivan however, sticking slightly with the rugby theme we will veer towards a more stationary move so that we can contemplate todays Schools Cup. Wall Squat Kiddies version: Stand with your back against the wall and slide down whilst moving your feet out away from the wall, your thigh should be straight like the floor, knees over your ankles, tummy tight and back pressed into the wall. Hold for 4x10 seconds. Parents: As above but hold for 40s x 4 If you fancy a bit of fun get one of your lighter children to sit on your thighs....oh the fun you can have without leaving the house!
