Day ToDay Encounter: Long before we open, a client was already waiting in the lobby. She was crying. I recognize her, the mother of the 13 year old raped victim who died a few days ago. She was accompanied by his husband, a scorched skinned farmer whos eyes cries of grief and injustice. Quite familiar of the story, I ask them of new updates. The father said, that one suspect was already captured by the police last night. They said, their other children will be home soon to attend the burial and their sister. While we wait for the documents, I offer a coffee, recognizing that their early arrival must have prompt them to leave home without taking breakfast. Ah, their sighs and tears were heard in between answers of my questions. It is painful. It is sad.
