Day Two of the Winter Games NZ mission: The world is a small place. Today we slept in due to late night beer drinking catch ups...so we hit up good ole Coronet Peak for an arvo session! It was a little bumpy in places so we stopped for a beer to smooth things out. We pulled up at the base right next to a legend Mr huffer aka Steve Dunstan. Steve was key in my early days in Queenstown, showing me the ropes and how to ride properly. We had a beer and hit the up the M1 for a jib, old school styles. With Steve, Blair & Rachel Strong and Dazza in tow it made for a awesome afternoon! Now its fresh live mussels from the supermarket with Macs Hop Rockers before heading to Arrowtown for Tappas...If this keeps up I may never leave...blessings.
