Day and Zimmermann will be conducting interviews and hiring 30 ice condenser technicians for the upcoming work at the McGuire and Catawba Nuclear Plants. General labor experience required. Position requires candidates to tolerate cold temperatures, standing/crouching for extended periods, must be able to lift 50 pounds. High School diploma or GED required. * Day and Zimmermann will also be recruiting for electricians during this job fair. Day and Zimmermann is working with the Gaston Workforce Development Board to utilize the local workforce to provide personnel to support McGuire and Catawba’s maintenance and refueling outages. Please bring a resume and photo ID to the job fair. All candidates will be subject to an extensive background check and drug screening.
