Day five: I am thankful for my church. Not just the building, but the people, the sentiment, the FAMILY I have found inside. After attending sporadically with Bob, while believing my place was elsewhere, I found something I hadnt realized I was missing. It is not the in-laws and outlaws, nor the friends I have made there. It is the feeling of peace that envelopes me when I walk in. It is the greetings I hear as I walk through the halls. It is the TRUTH I have found there. As Pastor Dave said, worship the Master, not the pastor which is true, but having a pastor that gets me, both with Dave and now Pastor Erik, makes it easier when things get tough. Five is my favorite number, this is day five, and today is the five year anniversary of the day I joined Community Lutheran. NO REGRETS.
