Day one of a six day vacation of sorts. Today i am going to clean house and mow the yard and pack up the car. I did sleep in though, and it felt great. I have come to the realization that my main goal in life is to be Bertie Wooster. Where oh where is my Jeeves? The chickens were a bit upset this morning. Then i heard why. There was an owl hanging out in the trees above them. It hooted in response to thier clucking. Probably a juvenile. Ive have one sitting on the pen before. And young hawks too. Owls are cool. Tomorrow night at 6pm we will be performing for 200 people on Thacker Mountain Radio. I am getting nervous. Not about the crowd. I like being in front of a lot of people. Im nervouse about forgetting the words to songs that i wrote. Or rather, singing them in the right order. Anyhoo, ill have pictures to share and maybe even a video or two. So enjoy your hump day. I know i will.
