Day one of our Italy trip. Landed in Pescara to a beautiful day. Grabbed the rental car and headed up the coast. Deb and I were both surprised how much it reminded us of Socal. Instead of the Pacific ocean it was the Adriatic, but beautiful blue water on the right and rolling hills to the left. Stopped at the beach in Riccione, and then on to the country of San Marino, where were spending the night. Had a wonderful dinner, and the town to ourselves. A bottle of the local wine, and a plate of the local specialty - the perfect end to a great first day. Tomorrow, were off to Bologna, then the Ferrari Museum.
