Day one of vacay: breakfast- flax muffin & 3 prunes, a stroll to the park with Alessandra, lunch- power greens w/chicken breast, tomato & avocado, grape seed oil dressing, client skype workouts prep then a little nappy, mid pm snack- grapefruit juice & brazil/cashew nut mix, wiquid intense cycling class!, dinner- roasted chicken breast & beets. Top off- dark chocolate squares w/blueberries. Yeah....I am one of those who sees vacations as an opportunity to really rejuvenate and pay extra attention to good health habits!
