Day three Its day three of the trip and god is definatly blessing it. This morning we visited the Dalit community which in India is classed as the social outcasts. The sheer poverty of the people was moving. The team took a kids vbs in the morning which included action songs, games, memory verses and a story about Amy Carmichael. Pastor Trevor stayed back to preach to the parents while the rest of the team split into two groups and visited the local houses. We got the opportunity to pray with the people and share the love of jesus. Some of the team met old faces included a man who they bought a wheelchair for last year. They got him a cushion for the wheel chair and it was amazing to see how happy he was. The team headed back to the retreat centre and prepared for the afternoon for a leaders open air at night. The open air had a wonderful sence of gods precence and the leaders where touched by a drama, a testimony by Danny odonnel and a message brought by Danny Doyle on jesus an Zacheuss. The trip is going so fast but u can see the hand of god all over it. We are looking forward to see what God has to offer later on in the week.
