Day three of my five-day challenge to post a music classic each day and Im already running into trouble. Its Getting Late In The Evening by the Chosen Gospel Singers has disappeared from You Tube. No worries, Ill put up The Sacrifice by Art Blakey and Jo Jones plus a couple of African percussionists, recorded I think in 1963 - but when I listened to it I found what is now available of You Tube is a choice between a later live version or the original with overdubs - neither exactly a classic. Okay, lets see if The Bom, a classic 1972 recording by Lord Melody, at a transition point between calypso and soca, is on You Tube. No luck.
