Day5/60: Insanity Max 30 Friday Fight Round 1 at 5:30am. OMG! The hardest workout thus far. #IMaxedOut at 8:53. This is the last workout of week one of month one. It is definitely the most challenging workouts Ive done so far. Breaks were almost completely eliminated and you move straight from the warm up which lasted for 10 mins. Then you get a quick 30 second break and bam you are in Shaun Ts insane world. In the Tabata workout, I was able to tell myself come on, its only 20 seconds until break time. Now, I have to change my mental focus and tell myself to push to the max. I can see now why this workout is called Friday Fight. Its a battle between your body and your mind! Oh and by the way, I am taking a 30 squat challenge with my fit fam on top of this crazy workout. Had to record proof that I did it. Ha ha 70 squats! ✔ Results and Recovery drink✔ Seriously, this stuff is so good.
