Days 4&5/84 - It has been a wonderful 2 days my challengers. Never forget to fortify yourself. Often we take a break from wellness or fitness and turn to fun activities which can negate our progress. Fortify yourself with rest, meditation and continued moderation. Dont forget friendship, this keeps us connected to whats important around us. Be well my loves. Keep your step counts even during your off days.
