De Cakery is HIRING. Looking for an enthusiastic and energetic team player to join De Cakery. No previous baking or decorating experience necessary. This is not a replacement position but a new vacany to cope with the needs of our fast growing company. It will be a trainee position, based in our office in Udyog Vihar phase 5 in Gurgaon. The qualities that were looking for is a willingness to learn, design aptitude, great communication skills ( Both English and Hindi), willingness to work every weekend and long hours as and when required. One day off per week is provided (as per rota system). Youll begin by assisting our Operations Manager and well provide you with all coaching and tools required to become the best in the field. The person should be a self starter and a highly motivated person. Not looking for people to join, learn and then leave and hence there will be a bond period. Salary will be in the range of Rs 10000-15000/month and will be consummate with qualification and experience. Only serious candidates need apply.
