De Sa: Bucs players dont talk about money “Not at all,” the coach says. “Since I arrived at this team there has never been any discussion about money. “What I like about these players is that they don’t talk about anything outside of football, they just keep on with their job. There has never been any discussion about incentives at all.” De Sa says he is proud of his team’s mental strength and dedication to the cause as they go in search of a second star for their badge. “What I like about the players is their great mental attitude,” he says. “We sat at the airport for about four hours and there was no water or food. But at no stage did they complain, they just played cards and listened to their music. “I said before and discussed with them that there will be more more mental tests for us, with challenges of food, water, sitting at the airport and travelling in bad buses. “They have been like soldiers and they just get on with their jobs.” Like for next update #MSM
