De moment we attack each others personality we are drifting far apart and polarizing our debate... We den leave a lot 2 b desired we defeat de very same debate... And common sense will always tell when u are attacked will either fight back in defense of oneself... or will walk away in most cases when one chose dis option we turn 2 assume dat one has been defeated and one is weak... Of which its not de case but one is mature and had chosen into being de bigger person... And dats why some times its said silence is golden... Its not healthy 2 disagree without being objective... Let us pursue de unit amongst each other hence I am saying we are not alone as DCS Correctional Officials in diz plat4ms... Dats what one has noticed and lent lately so we should calculate risk in our engagement... If some one is talking down up on u it will never ever hurt ignoring such a being once... Each and every one of us is a king and a queen in his or her own castle... Dont allow others and any benchmark u through de standards of deir own castle u have yo own... Hence once more I emphases on de issue of accommodating each other through all odds... Let us all Correctional Officials return into our DCS Correctional Officials de integrity and prestige we once possess... Let us all b mindful of de institutional values of DCS where de vision of DCS is derive where de mission through DCS objectives emerges... We are Correctional Officials we should always bear in mind we have responded into a calling of serving with DCS pride... We should never ever shy away 4m doz truth its ma humble appeal into each and every Correctional Official dis morning... Hence I wish all South African Correctional Officials a wonderful morning a blessed entire day may peace b with each and every one of us Correctional Officials... Let us guard against any dis-unity and any seeds being saw of dis-unity its each of us responsibility not 2 feed into dem 2 successed... Enough is enough we have everything in common dan we think and thought we are Colleagues 1st and 4most more dan we are Cdes... Sometimes its wise 2 b mindful of 1st things 1st we should watch each others back dat de golden principle of our line of duty 24/7... We should never ever lose sight of dat golden principle...
