STYLE: German Maibock 9 INGREDIENTS: 2-Row, C15, Munich, Rogue Farms Dare™ & Risk™ Malts; Perle & Sterling Hops; Free Range Coastal Water & Pacman Yeast. ABV: 6.6% So this beer is a little hard to pin down. Because its average. Now I mean that in the sense that if you were going to give a beer to someone who had never had a beer before, you would probably give them something like this. It seems to have a perfect balance between malt and hop. The aroma in this beer is basically subdued hops with an underlying malt note, which is kind of like saying this beer just smells like beer. Which it really does. Not being equipped with an amazing palette, this is basically all I can get out of it, although it does have an underlying fruit note way in the background, almost prune like. Its pretty much just a perfectly balanced beer.
