Dead men tell no tales. The Cook County, Illinois States Attorneys Office, Chicago Police Department and FBI – Federal Bureau of Investigation assassinated Fred Hampton Jr. on December 4, 1969. On February 21, 2005, the Chicago Police Department tried to assassinate retired police officer Howard Morgan. Four white cops pulled him over on a traffic violation one block from his home. They disarmed him and shot him 28 times, but Howard Morgan survived after being chained to a hospital bed for 6 months. In 2007, he was tried in court and found not guilty of aggravated discharge of a fire arm, but the judge called a mistrial. In 2012, he was tried again which is a violation of The United States Constitutions 5th Amendment double jeopardy clause. He was wrongful convicted of 4 counts of attempted first degree murder and sentenced to 40 years in jail. The 4 unharmed white cops received medal of honor for shooting a fellow police officer 28 times. We demand that this injustice be stopped NOW.
