Deadlift PR @ 520lbsx6 First day of training after my meet didnt go as well as planned. Had some low back/SI joint pain for the past couple days, chills, body/headaches and no appetite all of yesterday so I didnt eat enough and didnt get great sleep last night but decided to man up and kill the excuses since I definitely wasnt in bad enough shape to skip a lift. On a better day I definitely couldve had at least 1-2 more reps. For some reason pulling the slack out of the bar and tightening up was not on the agenda for today. Oh well. 540xAMRAP in two weeks. That, I will be prepped for. Followed this up with: 585x1x2 off 4 blocks Paused Squats (Beltless just sleeves) 280x3x5 DB Stiff Legged DLs: 100sx4x12 with 3 sec negatives Seated Leg Curls SSW Single Leg DLs 4x12
