Deadlifting after an intense squat session. My form was complete crap. My glutes were baked after going all out in squats so it transferred over to having a piss poor deadlift. My butt was shooting up to soon so I was using all back to to get it off the ground which isnt good at all. I should be using my legs, glutes, and hips to drive it off the ground. Now my back is messed up. If you watch the video closely my back rounds a little bit which shouldnt occur. I should have a neutral spine throughout the lift. The curvature of my spine is whats causing discomfort to my back right now. Remember yall that form is critically important while lifting. Ill continue making videos of me deadlifting to correct the problem.
