Deadline April 1st!!! ALEX TREJO SCHOLARSHIP CARPENTER MIDDLE SCHOOL PTA REQUIREMENTS Scholarship Award A $500 scholarship will be awarded to one student who meets the requirements listed below. Eligibility Requirements You must: 1. be a graduating senior enrolled in a Plano ISD school who attended Carpenter Middle School for at least two years, and 2. be enrolling in an accredited undergraduate degree program at a college or university for the 2013-2014 academic year as a full time student, and 3. have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Selection Criteria Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit, resume, and essay response. Application Requirements 1. Completed application 2. Resume of your extracurricular activities, community service, honors, and employment 3.
