Deadline Today t will be a honor that you would like to participate at Cosmic Connections Exhibition|Contemporary Art Projects USA|Concept Fair that it will take place from Dec 1-7,2014 during Art Basel Week 2014. We are working with three major curators Roberta Gonella, Richard Tooke and Silvia Medina and together it was created this special Call for Artists. Our aim is to facilitate the participation of the artists at a low cost at a major fair and project. We were able to obtain a sponsor for the booth and we can have 30 to 40 artists chosen by the curators at Concept Fair. It will be special space allocated for Monumental Sculptures and Installations. The project entry is thru https://callforentry.org/ or smileystone/callforartists/ Smiley Stone is providing the easiest way to apply for this Call for Artists if you are not too savvy with technology or you are an international artist. All artists are going to go unknown to the curators, only images and statement. Regarding galleries and group of artists, the artists must submit their application individually but they must provide at the application who they are represented by. All galleries and group of artists will be shown at the HD monitor as in see.me/blog/see-me-at-scope-art-show/ See.Me at Scope with an introductory slide. The cost of participation is $55.00 per application with one image, the artists can submit up to three images. We really encourage videos due to the lower rate in submission. (be aware that the artists’ artworks must be relevant to the theme). The theme is Cosmic Connections that in reality is the Connection with the Universe, the statement of the artwork is very important because it will let the jurors know how the artwork is related to the theme. All artwork will be for sale….The only artwork that it must be sent is the one from the selected artists (non-additional cost is added if the artist is selected). Be aware that if you are not selected to show physically, you will be digitally participating during Art Basel Week Major Satellite Fair, it will be a digital catalog and a lot of marketing including a TV Program as well part of our e-commerce plataform for 6 months.
