Deadly disgusting addictive product What comes in mind. Maybe cigarettes? Through educating the public we finally came to know this. But before, cigarettes were not seen as harmful. Now the new deadly, disgusting, addictive product is processed foods. Its not food guys. Its poison and its killing us and its gotten hard to say no to bc it is highly addictive. If we can mentally label processed foods as poison and absolutely not food, we can take that huge step towards saving our lives and our childrens futures. This is the first time in history that the children of this generation will die at a younger age than the previous generation. By 2015 it is estimated 1 out of every 3 Americans will be diabetic. This is the first time in history that malnutrition through obesity is killing more people than malnutrition through hunger. Its time we wake up and just call processed food what it is. Its poison. I have come to realize just exercise is not enough and I care about my gremlins and I want you guys to learn about food health too. We cannot find health with exercise if we cant stop consuming poison. Its not exercise alone like the food industry like a to emphasize. Its the food too. So I will keep planting the seeds for holistic health. (Fed up a great documentary is available by renting it online. Its a good watch to help open eyes)
