Dealing with Aetna Insurance and Oklahoma Spine and Brain Institute. I am very ignorant with understanding copays, deductibles, and such. Finding out today how ignorant I really am. I met my deductible, but finding out there is still a coinsurance I am responsible for in the amount of $2500.00 WOW stressing a bit. so what is the point of a deductible? so confused. waiting for Aetna insurance to call me back and hopefully explain things to me a bit better.
