For example, the pants someone accuses you of stealing -- lighten up and laugh (nicely) and say, Gosh theyve never fit me! or somethng like that. Practice harder on the not-taking things personally. It sometimes helps for us to say inside, Its his illness speaking, its his fear. We absorb harsh accusation at gut level, so protect your solar plexus with folded arms or hands across the belly button (i know that might sound weird, but try it -- youll find it works).
