Dealing with a pet loss is never easy. But with Bulldogs it can be a very devastating loss. Bulldogs are a very powerful breed that requires so much love and attention they become so much a part of your life. After our lost of Sammy not a day goes by that we do not think about her. When owning a bulldog appreciate and enjoy everyday you have with them because it goes by fast. Bulldogs average life span is 8 to 12 years. We lost Sammy after 7 ½ years. In our notes section of this page we have some good information on dealing with pet loss. Print it out if you need it. Everybody loves getting a new cute puppy. But nobody thinks about the reasonability to take care of the dog when it gets old or how to handle that sudden loss. For us it was one of hardest things to overcome. Because of the short time we have with bulldogs it makes dealing with their lost that much harder. So give your bullie a kiss everyday and enjoy all the moments you have with them. And if you lose your bulldog, on that day of the passing send as a good picture and brief description of what your bullie meant to you and we will re- post it, and you will get lots of love from our bulldog community to help you deal with your loss on that day.
