Dean Wicks threatens Linda Carter after Stacey break-up EastEnders villain Dean Wicks will threaten landlady Linda Carter after Stacey Branning ends their relationship in the build-up to Christmas. A dramatic time for the Carters will kick off after Linda (Kellie Bright) confides in Stacey (Lacey Turner) about her rape ordeal. Stacey will learn that her boyfriend Dean (Matt Di Angelo) attacked Linda in October after a heart-to-heart between the two women confirms her worst fears. Horrified by Deans actions, Stacey immediately breaks off their relationship but keeps him in the dark over what she has discovered.When Dean learns that Stacey and Linda have grown close, the penny drops and he storms over to The Vic to confront Linda. Deluded Dean warns Linda to stop lying about him and tells her to convince Stacey to give him another chance, but their conversation is interrupted by a concerned Lee, causing Dean to drop a bombshell.Having caused trouble within the Carters after revealing a secret, Deans fury continues after Stacey tells him to stay away from her and her daughter Lily. Not willing to accept Staceys rejection, Dean corners Linda and blackmails her into telling Stacey that what she said was a mistake - threatening to tell Mick they slept together if she doesnt. A terrified Linda agrees to talk to Stacey, but on one condition - Dean stays away from the Carters and The Vic. However, with a very dark and dramatic Christmas for the Carter family ahead, how long will Lindas ordeal remain a secret for? EastEnders airs these scenes the week commencing Monday, December 22 on BBC One.
