Dear 2015: Im getting rid of stuff, especialy expensive stuff that I dont need. Material things just seems to get in my way. Im going to work at being less of a consumer for my own peace of mind as well as to be less impactful on the environment. Im going to put more time and energy into relationships, and not the businessy type of relationships I have sought out in the past. Im going to spend a lot more time laughing and having fun with people I care about. 2015, I am going to use your time to understand and celebrate that unique individuality in people that too often separates us into Us vs. Them. During your 365 days Im going to strengthen my advocacy for fairness and lend my voice to help those whose voices may be getting drown out. 2015, you are going to be a year of writing and smiling for me… but most of all you are going to be my year of cherished conversations.
