Dear ALS Ice Bucket Challenge takers, a few things about your videos: 1) If you take a bucket of warm water and put the ice in right before the pour, you arent doing it right. 2) If it is warm water and you are pretending it is ice water for the camera… dont react to the cold ice water before the water actually hits you… Bad acting. 3) If you have done practice tests with water, dont show the water on the ground during your actual take. It doesnt fulfill the audiences desire for the spontaneous reality experience. 4) If you live in a desert, dont pour the water out on concrete. Stand on some grass or near a tree so the water is useful. 5) Donate. Dont just pour the water on your head for attention, also donate some money to the cause alsa.org/donate/ . Yes, yes, the rules are ice or donate, but at this point I would say ice AND donate. 6) Girls in Alaska who have jumped in the ice filled ocean for this challenge… You are far more badass than I can understand or explain. 7) I donated and so should you.
