Dear ATT - Since you have been experiencing heavy call volume for the last 6 years when I have called perhaps you should a) hire more people b) improve your voice recognition system (it is horrible) c) be less patronizing with your on hold message and say something like, in order to pay our CEO Randy Stephenson $6 Million+ dollars, he decided you could just sit your butt on the phone while we explain how valuable your time is. So really is that idea worth $6 million a year? I think a $125K a year MBA grad could figure out where the most profitable position between understaffing and underpaying your telephone support staff is compared to customer dropoff. #justsaying
