Dear Abbu (Dad), I know you will not be able to read this ; you are in fact out of all these today. Still probably you know how much we love you. I still remember the day you came to see me off, while I was flying for UK, you were crying out loud. This was the first time I saw you crying and rest my journey it reminded me how much you loved me always. The day you were gone leaving us here I tried to ask myself why did you cry so much that day, did you come to know somehow that you would not see me, hug me, caressing my forehead again, we would not see each other in four years, not even your heavenly face for the last time! Some of my friends are writing on facebook to respect and take care of their dad, they are wishing them but I cannot do any of these for you today apart from praying for you so that Allah can grant you Jannat (Heaven). I have learnt from you how a person can lead a simple life. You used to tell me one thing always and since the day you left me I promised to do that and I am sure you will be happy that day. Abbu, wherever and whatever I am today I can proudly say I am lucky to have you as my dad; I love you Abbu.
