Dear Advocates, As you all know, the progression of events surrounding the Sunder court case are, to a large degree, beyond our control. We have been advised to discontinue the petition directed at Mr. Sathasivam. This is the statement we received: There have been some positive changes in the course of the case that are expected to be revealed on March 12 and any further pressure on the Judges could jeopardize the case. It does affirm that our voice is being heard and thats what we want to hear but more importantly we have been given reason to look forward to possible progress in the case on March 12. (Yes, the case seems to have been moved to March 12) Thank you for your continued support and it looks like we can all take a rest until after the next hearing.
