Dear Alex, Today is your 70th birthday. It’s amazing to me that you are this age – whatever that number means. Society places meaning to numbers like these, but to me – you are an example of what it means to improve and grow with age. You are such an inspiration in so many ways. As a person, first and foremost – you set an example of what it is to be a loving human being, to be empathetic, joyful, family –focused, hard-working and curious! As you age, you want to keep learning, to keep growing and that is infectious. I want to personally thank you. It’s so inspiring and shows us that it’s always there for us – the opportunity to grow, learn and get better. To focus on the important things in life. To stay healthy in body, mind & spirit.
