Dear All, After nearly five years of offering Christchurch folk a beautiful destination dining experience, the space you know as Edesia will soon have a new owner, new look and new concept. Over the past five years we’ve loved presenting good food and good wine, not to mention the thousands of coffees to keep our lovely locals hard at work! I would personally like to thank my hugely committed and amazing staff which have been with me for the last three years. We change hands at the end of the month, and our final night of evening dinning will be Saturday 26th July.
