Please see the detail below. Role and Responsibilities:· Troubleshoot and resolve connection, hardware, printer, software issues as reported on a ticket basis. · Replace or repair defective equipment or parts. · Update all software applications, antivirus on a systematic basis. · E-mail server and help with designing and upgrading the Quality Management System (QMS). · Server software installation and updating the same. · Maintenance of the Group website and updates. · User support for business applications across all departments. · Undertake training on application to new users. · Assign necessary controls to all electronic equipments used inside the company to prevent unwanted usage. · Undertake proper documentation and file keeping system. · Manage web content filtering. · Labelling and listing all electronic equipments for audit purposes.· Asset Marking Minimum Experience:A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in IT support, installation, configuration and maintenance of systems. The incumbent must also have experience in Hardware troubleshooting. Prior experience in providing workstation planning and support is necessary. Job-Specific Skills:· Ability to organise, prioritise tasks to be completed within stipulated deadlines.· Ability to understand the needs of stakeholders and offer most proactive solutions.· Commitment and a sense of urgency to complete tasks on time.· Vast knowledge on Windows, exchange servers, Linux.· Knowledge of installation of servers and operating systems is a must.
