Dear All, I and my husband [Dr.Murad YUKSEL (PhD) in Balikesir University] are conducting a research study entitled “Relationship between Culture, Abusive Supervision and Burnout”. We are not selling anything. Just conducting an academic study. Most of us experienced the Abusive Supervision in our working life. But in this study we are not looking for abusive supervisors. We just want to learn employees perceptions in different culture. We will compare the datas. Tepper (2000, p. 178) defines abusive supervision as ‘‘subordinates’ perceptions of the extent to which supervisors engage in the sustained display of hostile verbal and nonverbal behaviors, excluding physical contact.’’ Researchers revealed that abusive supervision has a negative impact on employees’ well-being, satisfaction, commitment, and performance (Decoster at all, 2013). Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project.
