Dear All, IMPORTANT INFORMATION – M’BAO 2014 FESTIVAL - The last meeting for M’Bao 2014 Festival will take place on February the 7th 2014 at the club’s meeting room, 33 Avenue des Marquisats – 74000 Annecy. For those who can’t assist to the meeting, we have the possibility to organize the meeting via Visio conference. Your file must be complete and should contain: Registration Form, Medical Certificate or your Sportive License 2014, your payment and the additional application form attached. - KSF team has material (paddles…) to ship out to Senegal. We have 6 packages, 23 kgs each, which we would highly appreciate if some people could kindly take one a them. Thank you in advance for your help and comprehension. For those who haven’t filled up the Registration Form: 1- Thank you to fill up the Registration Form attached and provide us your payment 2- Thank you to fill up the additional Application Form attached. These informations will help us to establish the accommodation certificate at your name. This certificate will be sent by email and allows you to pay your VISA on the website: snedai.sn/fr/ 3- ACCOMODATION: the payment will be done in EUROS and in CASH only (cheques are not accepted) on-site in M’Bao during the information meeting on March the 1st. All payments will be transferred to the responsible Mr DIENE Guirane. Don’t forget to preview enough money for your entire trip: 18eur/day/person. The organization helps you for your accommodation from Friday February the 28th to March the 8th. For people who will arrive earlier than expected, please let us know in advance if you need a contact person on site. 4- TRANSPORT: A private shuttle for arrival (Dakar Airport-M’Bao) on February the 28th and departure on March the 8th will operate. Shuttles’ hours will be confirmed depending on your arrival hour (please precise them on the additional and complementary form attached). People who will not arrive on the standard dates, the organization can arrange a shuttle upon arrival. However, the transport will be at your charge and the organization will assist you.
