Dear All. It is a matter of great pleasure to share with you that School of Commerce and Accountancy-UMT has been awarded exemptions of 8 papers by ACCA-UK. Now, participants after getting BS-Accounting qualification will get exemptions in 8 out of total 14 paper series of ACCA-UK. After getting exemptions in ACCA paper F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7 & F9 , participants can easily go through the process by completing remaining 6 papers. Attaining a professional qualification along with an academic degree will serve dual purpose as they can easily tag themselves as professional accountants by becoming an associate member of ACCA, a global accountancy body . It is indeed a privilege for SCA to be on the panel of ACCA-UK as it would enhance the image of school in both national and international perspective. At the same time it would be beneficial for those participants who want to pursue their career in the field of accounting and finance profession. Let me explain that ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is the global body for professional accountants, supporting 170,000 members and 436,000 students throughout their careers, and providing services through a network of over 91 offices and centers.
